Corporate Finance Associate Director
Competitive salary + benefits
London | Hybrid & flexible working

I'm working with a leading Top 10 accountancy and business advisory firm that is looking to appoint a Corporate Finance Associate Director into its London team.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced corporate finance professional who wants to step into a senior, client-facing role with excellent progression, strong deal exposure and the backing of a major national platform.

The firm has a particularly strong presence in the SME and entrepreneurial business market, advising business owners, management teams and growing companies through key transactions and strategic decisions.

The Role

As Corporate Finance Associate Director, you will play a key role between the executive team and senior leadership, leading more complex assignments while supporting and developing junior team members.

You will manage client relationships, lead meetings, guide clients through transaction processes and work closely with wider corporate finance colleagues across the national team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading client meetings and managing key client relationships

  • Guiding clients through transaction processes and key decision points

  • Delivering complex reporting and financial analysis

  • Supporting senior leadership on corporate finance assignments

  • Reviewing and guiding work prepared by junior team members

  • Providing coaching, support and technical guidance to the team

  • Working closely with wider corporate finance teams nationally

  • Maintaining strong technical knowledge and sharing best practice

  • Supporting high-quality delivery across transactions and advisory work

What They're Looking For

The firm is keen to speak with commercially minded corporate finance professionals who are confident with clients, technically strong and able to lead others.

You will ideally have:

  • ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent qualification

  • Strong corporate finance, transaction services or deal advisory experience

  • Experience managing client relationships and leading meetings

  • Management experience, including supporting and developing junior staff

  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A commercial, proactive and client-focused approach

  • The confidence to work with senior stakeholders across the firm and client base

Why Apply?

This is a strong opportunity to join a leading national advisory team with access to a broad SME and entrepreneurial client base, national corporate finance resources and clear long-term progression.

The package includes:

  • Competitive salary + benefits

  • Hybrid and flexible working

  • Birthday leave

  • Professional subscription support

  • Strong progression and development opportunities

  • National corporate finance platform

  • High-quality client relationships and transaction exposure

  • Supportive and collaborative team culture

This would suit an experienced Corporate Finance Manager ready to step up, or an existing Associate Director looking for a broader platform, stronger national network and better long-term progression.
