Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our client in the Central Government, who is seeking an FM Commercial Specialist for an initial 6-month assignment with an option to extend
Location: London - Hybrid working
The ideal candidate will have an active security clearance and a strong background in Commercial/Procurement/Category Management, along with the following skills and experience:
- Experience in end-to-end procurement within the public sector.
Familiarity with the Procurement Act 2023 and Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2015. - Proven experience in supporting the complete sourcing process of Facilities Management contracts within the Defence or Central Government sectors.
- Ability to provide Commercial leadership, support, advice, and best practices to shape future procurement/category management policies and strategies.
- Proficient in developing and executing complex Invitations to Tender, negotiations, and contract management.
