Lettings Negotiator – Central London Location: Central London
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive basic salary + commission
OTE: Dependent on experience
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a driven and professional Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established estate agency in Central London.
This role would suit someone with previous lettings experience who is confident working in a fast-paced property environment and enjoys building relationships with applicants, landlords and colleagues. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers and helping to drive the lettings performance of the branch.
Key Responsibilities

• Register and qualify applicants looking to rent in Central London
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the lettings process
• Work closely with the wider team to maximise opportunities
• Keep CRM systems updated and ensure accurate records are maintained
• Deliver a high level of customer service from initial enquiry through to move-in

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in residential lettings is preferred
• Confident, well-presented and professional
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Motivated by targets and earning potential
• Organised, proactive and able to work at pace
• Good knowledge of the Central London property market would be beneficial
• Full UK driving licence preferred, depending on office requirements
