Finance Business Partner - #2126399

Our client are a rapidly expanding company. As they continue to grow they are now recruiting for a commercially focused, accountant to join them in an analytical role to support commercial and operational teams. Duties will include:-

• Analyse sales, labour productivity, and operational trends to support performance management across the business
• Deliver accurate, timely reporting to operations and finance stakeholders to support decision-making
• Provide ad-hoc analysis for commercial initiatives, operational reviews, and strategic projects
• Support budgeting and forecasting by maintaining and developing financial models and planning cycles
• Collect, validate, and analyse financial data to inform business planning
• Identify risks and opportunities through performance analysis and data-driven insights
• Continuously improve reporting processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and consistency
• Help develop dashboards and reporting tools in collaboration with the finance leadership team
• Maintain and administer operational reporting systems and BI platforms (e.g. Power BI)

You will be a part qualified accountant with experience within a a multi-site company ideally within retail or hospitality. Strong Excel and Power BI skills will be beneficial.
