Personal Assistant with Finance & Tax Duties

Investment & Philanthropy | Central London, Hybrid Working 3+2

£50,000 + generous bonus + benefits

An exceptional opportunity for a highly capable Personal Assistant to join a high performing investment company with strong links to philanthropy. You will work as part of a close-knit PA team within the Executive office to provide business and personal assistance to the CEO and CIO as well as other Senior Directors and coordinate a wide range of interesting projects.

Some experience of collating tax return documentation is required as well as PA skills so please only apply if you have some exposure to personal finances/tax return coordination etc.


The Role

  • Coordinate a high volume of complex global travel for multiple parties with full end to end logistics ensuring seamless travel plans
  • Diary and schedule management, arrange and rearrange a high volume of meetings in the UK and overseas with various parties
  • Support with Tax Returns, collate supporting documentation, liaise with accountants, provide information for submissions
  • Wider financial administration including processing invoices, payroll, VAT returns and other finance projects
  • Provide private and lifestyle PA services to senior executives and members of wider family office
  • Coordinate various charitable and philanthropic efforts including the creation of papers, reports, agendas and meeting programmes

About You

  • Solid experience as a PA within a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Experience in investment/ private/UHNWI /charity environment – highly desirable
  • Experienced in tax return coordination, collating and filing tax documentation – either within an accountancy environment or for an Executive or Principal
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and agile in your approach
  • Accountable – Take ownership for your own projects while also working well as part of a team
  • Discreet, polished, and professional in approach
