Why this is the right move for you:
- Flexibility and freedom - Choose the days and schools that suit you, whether you want term-time only, part-time, or as much work as you can take on.
- Variety - Experience a range of different settings and needs, building your skills and confidence along the way.
- Work-life balance - Fit teaching around your other commitments, with no lesson planning or marking to take home.
- Supportive leadership - We partner with schools known for their positive culture and strong support for teaching staff.
- Well-organised environments - Clear behaviour policies, collaborative teams, and excellent resources so you can focus on what you do best.
- A consultant who works for you - Your dedicated SANZA consultant will match you to schools that fit your skills, experience, and availability.
- A foot in the door - Supply work is a great way to get to know schools, with many placements leading to long-term or permanent offers if you want them.
What you'll need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in primary or an SEN setting
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to different school environments
- A positive, proactive and professional approach
