As an Office Manager in the property sector, based in London, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This role plays a key part in keeping the business organised and supporting the team to work efficiently.

This role is with a company in the property industry, located in the West end

Description

  • Manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring it is well-organised and efficient.
  • Meet and greet and look after the front of house area
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment, ensuring resources are readily available.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Support the team with business operations and handle ad hoc requests as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Manage external suppliers and service providers to maintain office functionality.
  • Keep accurate records and assist with budget management for office expenses.

Profile

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • Experience in an office having done some admin, office management/ and or front of house
  • Good IT skills, Word, SharePoint
  • Can do attitude
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards in an office environment.

Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from £36,000 to £44,000, dependent on the candidate
  • Bonus opportunities.
  • Permanent position based in London.
