Up to £275 per day (inclusive)
Initial 6-8 week contract with potential for extension

We're looking for a Social Community Manager to join a leading digital communications team, supporting community management activity across high-profile international accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside social strategists, insights specialists and digital marketing professionals within a fast-paced agency environment.

• Manage day-to-day community engagement across multiple social channels
• Monitor conversations and respond to audiences in line with brand guidelines
• Support the delivery of social and digital campaigns
• Escalate sensitive issues and reputational risks where required
• Collaborate with strategists, account teams and digital specialists
• Track engagement activity and contribute to campaign reporting
• Stay on top of social media trends and platform best practices

• 1-3 years' experience in Community Management, Social Media or Digital Marketing
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Experience within an agency, corporate or large-brand setting is advantageous
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work
