This dual role as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager in London will see you supporting senior leadership while ensuring the smooth running of the office. Working in the property investment sector, you'll play a key role in keeping everything organised and on track.

Client Details

The client is a well established commercial real estate investment and asset manager based in Central London.

Description

As Executive Assistant / Office Manager, you will;

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including diary management and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and manage office operations to ensure a well-organised working environment.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee the procurement of office supplies and liaise with vendors as needed.
  • Organise and manage meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination within the office.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant / Office Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within Real Estate Investment or a related sector.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage both executive and office responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools to manage tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
