Rate: £270 - £320 per day CIS

We are working with an established London contractor on a prestigious £100m+ 5-star hotel development in West London and are looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to join the project immediately.
This is a fast-paced, high-specification environment with an immediate requirement to drive the project through its final stages and towards handover.
The Role
- Manage finishing works across the project through to handover.
- Coordinate subcontractors and specialist trades.
- Drive snagging, quality and completion activities.
- Liaise with the wider construction team, consultants and client.
- Ensure works are delivered on programme and to a high standard.
The Candidate
- Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on major construction projects.
- Background in hotel, residential, commercial or high-end fit-out.
- Strong knowledge of finishes, snagging and handover.
- Confident in managing subcontractors and key stakeholders.
- Strong IT and documentation skills.
- Available immediately or at short notice.
