Based in South London, this is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000, alongside genuine investment in learning, wellbeing and career development.
As an Experienced Senior Accountant, you'll take ownership of a varied portfolio of clients while working closely with senior leadership and an experienced accounts team. This is much more than a technical accounts position - you'll become a trusted adviser to clients, support the development of your team and play an active role in the continued growth of the practice.

- Take responsibility for a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses and other clients.
- Act as a trusted point of contact, developing strong and lasting client relationships.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of accounts, tax and related services.
- Review work and ensure high standards of accuracy, quality and client service.
- Support and mentor junior members of the accounts team, helping them develop professionally.
- Work alongside Directors and colleagues across the wider business to provide joined-up advice.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and contribute to new business development.
- Gain a thorough understanding of clients and their businesses so you can provide commercially useful advice.
You'll ideally be ACA or ACCA qualified, or actively working towards qualification, with solid experience gained within professional practice.
You'll also bring:
- Strong experience preparing accounts within an accountancy practice.
- Exposure to owner-managed businesses and a varied client portfolio.
- Good knowledge of UK accounting and tax principles.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience reviewing work and supporting more junior team members.
- A proactive approach to client service and relationship management.
- Good commercial awareness alongside strong technical accounting knowledge.
- Confidence using accounting technology; knowledge of CCH would be advantageous.
- A genuine interest in developing both yourself and those around you.
