Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Valuer - RICS to join our professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate property valuations, analysing market trends, and delivering exceptional customer service. Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive residential property inspections to assess condition and features
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with RICS standards and guidelines
  • Analyse market data, comparable sales, and local trends to inform accurate valuations
  • Utilise IT systems and Microsoft Excel for data analysis, report compilation, and record keeping
  • Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders regarding valuation findings
  • Manage multiple valuation appointments efficiently through organised scheduling
  • Drive to various property locations using company vehicle or personal car, ensuring timely attendance at appointments
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property market developments and legislative changes affecting valuations

Experience

  • Proven experience in residential property valuation or related roles is desirable
  • Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret market data accurately
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in IT applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools
  • Organised with exceptional time management skills to handle multiple appointments effectively
  • Valid driving licence is essential for travelling between properties efficiently
  • Customer service experience will be advantageous in building rapport with clients and ensuring satisfaction
