Employee Relations Advisor - #2129416

Our client is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their People team and provide practical, commercially focused support across a wide range of employee relations matters. This is a busy role where you'll work closely with managers, helping them navigate complex people issues while ensuring a fair, consistent and legally compliant approach.

What you'll be doing

• Managing a varied caseload of employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and capability cases.
• Providing coaching and guidance to managers, building their confidence in handling day-to-day people matters.
• Supporting the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with current employment legislation and best practice.
• Analysing ER trends and case data, identifying recurring issues and recommending improvements.
• Assisting with organisational change initiatives, including restructures, consultations and other change programmes.
• Working closely with stakeholders across the business to promote positive employee relations and minimise risk.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience managing complex ER cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• CIPD Level 5 qualified, or equivalent practical experience.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence, challenge and build credibility with managers at all levels.
• A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with the ability to balance business needs and employee experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently.
