1 x Commercial Administrator - Working for a fire and sprinkler company, who work on industrial infrastructure projects

£35,000 per annum

Based at our Paddington Office (5 days a week)

Reporting to: Quantity Surveyor

I am looking for someone with construction experience.

Log new enquiries and requests from the client for quotations. Assist with the preparation and issue of quotations. Maintain an accurate project tracker, including quotation value, issue date, status and client response. Follow up outstanding quotations and provide regular updates to the relevant people. Monitor client purchase orders and formal instructions, check purchase orders against quotations to ensure the correct scope, value and reference information has been included.

Ensure works are not progressed commercially without the appropriate authorisation / signed off unless specifically approved by management. Maintain a live variation/change register for active projects. Ensure additional works, design changes and client-requested alterations are recorded. Assist closing out jobs, including documentation is issued and outstanding revenue is identified. Set up and maintain project folders and commercial records. Record key commercial correspondence. Support monthly commercial/project reviews. Verify completed works via citadel & Uptick
