Advertising Account Coordinator (German & French Speaking)

Are you passionate about digital advertising, customer success, and AI-powered technology? We are seeking an Advertising Account Coordinator to support the onboarding, activation, and growth of advertisers on a leading digital advertising platform.

Working closely with Account Executives and Account Managers, you'll help customers launch campaigns, adopt platform features, optimise performance, and achieve their business goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Support advertiser onboarding, account setup, and campaign activation.
• Guide customers through billing configuration, user access, and platform adoption.
• Create reports, dashboards, and performance insights to support customer growth.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and recommend best practices.
• Coordinate issue resolution with internal stakeholders and support teams.
• Manage customer requests and ensure SLA commitments are met.
• Utilise AI-powered tools, including Microsoft Co-pilot, to improve productivity and customer outcomes.

• Fluency in both German and French (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for digital advertising, technology, and AI-driven solutions.
• Previous experience in customer service, account coordination, account management, digital marketing, or advertising is preferred.
