An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Financial Adviser / Associate Wealth Manager to join a growing and highly regarded Wealth Management firm with over £1 billion in Funds Under Management.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with existing Wealth Management or Financial Planning experience who is looking to develop their technical knowledge, gain further qualifications and progress towards becoming a Chartered Financial Planner.
The Role
Working alongside a Senior Wealth Manager and their growing team, you will receive structured training and development while continuing your journey towards becoming a fully qualified Wealth Manager.
The role will include:
- Attending client meetings alongside Wealth Managers
- Managing actions arising from client meetings
- Carry Forward, Annual Allowance and Lifetime Allowance calculations
- Investment analysis and research
- Preparing detailed cash-flow modelling
- Responding to technical and administrative client enquiries
- Identifying opportunities and referrals from existing clients
- Managing workflow through Salesforce and internal business trackers
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant experience within a Wealth Management or Financial Planning environment
- At least 2 RO exams passed, or currently working towards a Diploma in Financial Services
- A genuine interest in progressing into a Financial Adviser / Wealth Manager position
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, professional and positive approach
- The ability to work independently and use their own initiative
- A strong desire to develop their career within Wealth Management
