NEW – Commercial Property Solicitor
This is a terrific opportunity to join a central London firm and work alongside a very experienced partner.
The role would be to advise HNW individuals, investors, corporate occupiers and developers throughout the full property lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal and related matters.
Matters include:
- Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
- National commercial leases and renewals
- Asset management and investment
- Mortgages and refinancing arrangements
- Options, overage, conditional contracts and TOGCs
- Easements, covenants, adverse possession and boundary matters
- Licences
- Auction sales
About You:
- 8+ years' PQE (guideline)
- London experience essential
- Client facing and credible
- Team player
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Desire to be part of a growing firm
