Project Manager - #2132393

This Permanent, Full-time role offers hybrid working, full responsibility for delivering major instructions and involvement in business development across private and public sector clients. The position provides a structured progression pathway alongside a varied project portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects through all stages to agreed cost, programme and quality targets
• Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Build and manage client relationships to support repeat business
• Contribute to proposals and wider business development initiatives
• Manage project budgets, financial performance and multidisciplinary coordination

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant built environment discipline
• Consultancy project management experience
• Professional membership with RICS, CIOB or APM preferred
• Experience managing project risk and client relationships
• Strong budgeting, financial management and commercial awareness

Salary & Package

• Salary of £50,977–£60,836 including car allowance
