Halliday Marx are in partnership with an exceptional hospitality business who are looking to hire a Financial Controller on an interim basis for 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day financial control, reporting, and fp&a
• Lead, manage and develop a finance team of 8
• Oversee month-end, management accounts and financial reporting
• Ensure strong financial controls, processes and governance are maintained
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the wider business
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning
• Drive improvements across finance processes and systems
• Provide commercial insight and analysis to support decision-making
• Work closely with the Finance Director and wider leadership team

Requirements

• Available to start within 1 month
• 8+ years post-qualified experience
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Proven experience managing teams of 6+
• Strong financial control and month end experience
