This role involves providing high-level support to the board, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle sensitive information to keep the organisation on track.

The client is an award winning Civil Engineering consultancy based in Central London.

Description

As Executive Assistant to Board, you will;

  • Manage and maintain board members' schedules, including diary management and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and distribute board meeting agendas, minutes, and supporting documentation.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for board members.
  • Act as the first point of contact for board-related queries and communications.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on actions and decisions from board meetings.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the board.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the board as required.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant To Board should have:

  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role at Board Level - ideally in the built enviroment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including calendars and document preparation tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from £50,000 to £65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Generous holiday entitlement.
  • Hybrid working model, with four days in the office and one day remote.
