This client is one of London's oldest and most established Property Management businesses, based in a beautiful office in Central London.
Description
As Personal Assistant to Finance Director, you will;
- Manage the Finance Director's diary, ensuring all meetings and appointments are scheduled efficiently.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and calls, on behalf of the Finance Director.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Support with key administrative tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality while dealing with sensitive information.
- Assist in organising events or meetings when necessary.
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant to Finance Director should have:
- Previous experience in a similar Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role, ideally to a finance team in property.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Confidence in liaising with senior stakeholders and external contacts.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach to tasks.
Job Offer
- Salary between £45,000 and £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Performance-related bonus.
- Hybrid working model, with three days a week in the office.
- Generous holiday allowance.
