The MSS Watch Company are a premier, highly successful UK watch distributor supplying high-quality timepieces ( Danish Design & Jacob Jensen watches) to independent jewellers, online retailers, and department stores across the country. Due to rapid expansion and high market demand, we are seeking ambitious, self-motivated Commission-Based Sales Agents to expand our retail footprint.

About the role:

As an Independent Sales Agent for all areas, you will drive B2B wholesale growth by introducing our watch portfolios to new retail stockists. You will manage your own schedule, build regional territories and lock in recurring commission from every order placed by accounts you secure.

This is a commission only sales role, therefore there is no minimum earnings and candidates earnings are uncapped.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pitch new B2B sales opportunities to independent jewellers and boutique retailers.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual product presentations to showcase our latest collections.
• Negotiate commercial terms, secure initial stock orders, and manage merchant onboarding.
• Build long-term regional accounts to generate consistent, ongoing re-orders.
• Report local market trends and feedback to our central UK distribution team.

About you:

Requirements:

• Proven track record in B2B field sales, account management, or commercial retail.
• Experience in luxury goods, jewellery, fashion accessories, or watches is highly advantageous.
• Established network of retail buyers or independent jewellers is preferred.
• Self-motivated, resilient attitude with an entrepreneurial approach to territory growth.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for regional travel.
