You'll play a key role in developing new business, strengthening existing partnerships and delivering a high-quality recruitment service to schools and education professionals. Building relationships is at the heart of the role, so you'll spend your time speaking with clients and candidates, visiting schools and developing long-term partnerships.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant or a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant from another temporary recruitment sector who is looking to move into a more specialist and rewarding market.

Key Responsibilities- Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with new and existing schools.
- Visit schools to understand their recruitment requirements and demonstrate how Prospero can support them.
- Identify, attract and engage high-quality Teachers, Teaching Assistants and education professionals.
- Manage recruitment campaigns across job boards, social media and our website.
- Conduct professional interviews and candidate assessments.
- Match candidates to schools based on their skills, experience and suitability.
- Manage and grow your own client and candidate pipeline.
- Successfully fill supply and contract vacancies while delivering an outstanding level of service.
- Drive repeat business and referrals through excellent relationship management.
We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, resilient and motivated by success. You'll ideally have:
- A proven track record in recruitment or sales.
- Experience working with recruitment compliance processes.
- Knowledge of the education recruitment sector is desirable, but not essential.
- The ability to manage high-volume workloads while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Resilience, ambition and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine desire to develop your career and take on greater responsibility.
