Sales & Lettings Coordinator - #2134811

Are you an experienced estate agency administrator looking to join a prestigious, high-end property business? We are seeking a polished, organised and proactive Sales & Lettings Coordinator to support a busy Sales and Lettings team, ensuring transactions, compliance and property launches are handled seamlessly.

This is a varied role where you'll coordinate new instructions, manage property listings, support sales and tenancy progression, carry out AML checks, prepare documentation and provide exceptional customer service to landlords, vendors, applicants and buyers. You'll also play a key role in maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
About You

• Minimum 2 years' experience within residential Sales and Lettings
• Strong administrative, organisational and customer service skills
• Experience with AML checks, compliance and tenancy progression
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, well-presented and confident dealing with high-net-worth clients
• MARLA and NAEA qualified, or working towards these qualifications
• Experience with Rex is advantageous but not essential
