Lynx Recruitment are working with a growing technology consultancy specialising in cloud, AI and modern IT solutions. We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee managed services across a portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end service delivery across multiple client accounts.
- Act as the primary operational contact and escalation point for clients.
- Lead regular service reviews and manage SLAs, KPIs and service governance.
- Work with technical teams to manage tickets, incidents and change requests.
- Produce service performance reports and identify trends and recurring issues.
- Drive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives.
- Identify service risks, efficiencies and opportunities for account growth.
About You
- 5+ years' experience in Service Delivery Management/Leadership across multiple clients.
- Strong knowledge of SLAs, incident management, ITIL and service governance.
- Experience working within cloud/modern IT environments.
- Experience with ITSM/PSA platforms such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Calm under pressure, highly organised and commercially aware.
- A minimum of a 2.1 or above in an IT/Tech related degree
- Existing or eligibility for UK Government SC clearance.
