Birchrose Associates is proud to be representing a well-established law firm, which is seeking an experienced Property Paralegal for an ongoing temporary position.

The Firm
Our client is a well-established, full-service law firm renowned for providing clear, pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice. They are now looking for an experienced Property Paralegal to join their friendly and supportive team on a temporary basis.

The Opportunity
The successful Property Paralegal will provide support to the Partners and wider property team, ideally bringing experience across both residential and commercial property. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Paralegal seeking a full-time ongoing temporary position within a well-regarded and supportive law firm.
Responsibilities will include:

• Typing dictation and preparing correspondence
• Drafting Transfers, AP1s and DS1s as required
• Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications and documentation
• Obtaining company documentation via Companies House
• Completing and submitting SDLT returns online
• Preparing report documentation for purchases
• Obtaining quotes for indemnity policies
• Diary management
• File opening and completion of due diligence requirements
• File closures and general file management
• Providing general administrative and paralegal support to the Partners and wider property team

This Property Paralegal role is a full-time, temporary position, working Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Property Paralegal within a law firm is essential
• Experience in residential and/or commercial property
• Strong understanding of property transactions and associated processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and provide effective support to Partners
