NEW OPPORTUNITY | SITE MANAGER | ARCHITECTURAL & STRUCTURAL METALWORK

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established and growing specialist contractor delivering high-quality architectural and structural metalwork projects.

London & South East
Around £60,000 + Travel Allowance

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking to take responsibility for the successful delivery of a variety of high-profile metalwork projects across London and the South East.

• Managing architectural and structural metalwork installations from start to completion
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and other project stakeholders
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards
• Liaising with clients, main contractors and project teams
• Monitoring progress, resolving site issues and providing regular updates
• Ensuring all site documentation, RAMS and H&S requirements are maintained

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction
• Experience with architectural metalwork, structural steel or similar is highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of site management, H&S and project delivery
• Confident managing teams and coordinating with clients and contractors
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently
• Comfortable travelling to projects across London and the South East

• Around £60,000 salary, depending on experience
