Your new Role
This role will support the day-to-day running of the People function, ensuring a smooth employee experience across the full employment life cycle while maintaining accurate records and supporting business-wide HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee data, records and documentation across multiple regions, ensuring all systems remain accurate and up to date.
- Prepare and issue employment documentation including contracts, amendments, probation outcomes and leaver correspondence.
- Coordinate key HR processes such as probation reviews, performance discussions and employee check-ins.
- Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries, escalating where required.
- Support absence, holiday and leave administration, ensuring records are maintained accurately.
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, compliance checks and people-related data analysis.
- Support continuous improvement of HR systems, processes and automation.
Onboarding & Development
- Coordinate new starter journeys from offer acceptance through to onboarding.
- Deliver inductions and ensure employees have a positive start with the business.
- Track onboarding activity and provide regular reporting on completion rates and outcomes.
- Arrange training and development activities, monitoring budgets and participation levels.
- Support delivery of manager and employee development initiatives.
Global People Support
- Provide HR administrative support across international locations.
- Assist with policy updates, process documentation and compliance requirements.
- Support contractor and freelance onboarding activities.
- Help deliver employee engagement initiatives that promote collaboration across teams and locations.
Additional Support
- Assist with company events, team activities and internal meetings as required.
- Provide wider operational support to the People team and contribute to ongoing projects.
What you need to succeed
- Experience supporting HR operations within a busy and constantly changing business environment.
- Exposure to HR systems, with knowledge of people platforms is considered beneficial.
- Highly methodical with the ability to manage information accurately and maintain well-organised employee records.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in using a range of digital collaboration and productivity tools.
- Sound awareness of UK employment practices and HR processes.
- Trusted to handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage priorities independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
- Takes accountability for delivering work to a high standard and actively looks for ways to improve processes and efficiencies.
