Methodologist_Policy Officer - #2136103

FC Capital Limited is seeking a Methodologist to be responsible for drafting and maintaining the company’s internal policies, procedures, and processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that internal documentation is clear, consistent, and aligned with regulatory and business requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide methodological support in drafting the Company's internal policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with the Company's documentation standards, consistency, and uniformity principles.
• Draft, review, and edit internal policies and procedures governing the activities of the Company's departments, their operations, and the services they provide.
• Monitor the review and validity periods of internal policies and procedures and prepare notifications to the relevant departments when updates or reviews are required.
• Coordinate the preparation and approval process of internal policies and procedures in accordance with the Company's governance framework.
• Maintain the document distribution list and the register of the Company's internal policies and procedures.
• Manage and archive the electronic database of internal policies, procedures, and related documentation.
• Provide methodological guidance and advisory support on matters arising from the implementation and practical application of the Company's internal policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• International qualifications will be considered as an advantage
• Knowledge of sector-related legislation and regulatory legal acts will be considered an advantage
• Knowledge of corporate governance principles
• Relevant computer skills
• Good time management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
