1st Line Support Analyst - Managed Services

Windows, M365, Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Networking, Hardware, Backup, Server, SonicWALL, Sophos.

My client is a well established and leading IT Managed Services Provider specialising in the SME market. They have an immediate requirement for a 1st Line Support Analyst.

The 1st Line Support Analyst will come from a MSP / IT services background and be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a ultra fast paced ticketed environment. The 1st Line Support Analyst will have a broad range of technical skills across tech such as Windows, M365, Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Networking, Hardware, Backup, Server, SonicWALL, Sophos but as important is the willingness to learn and keep developing their technical skills. Alongside the technical skills it is essential that you are an outstanding communicator driven by outstanding customer services and remain calm under pressure.
