Looking for your next opportunity in commercial building services? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing building services company, working across a varied portfolio of commercial sites throughout London and the M25.

We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance

Engineer with a strong Mechanical, Electrical or Air Conditioning bias to carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and fault finding across a range of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial sites.
  • Diagnose, fault-find and rectify mechanical, electrical or HVAC-related issues.
  • Service and maintain HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, pumps, motors and associated equipment.
  • Undertake general mechanical or electrical maintenance in line with your core trade.
  • Carry out general plumbing and building services maintenance where required.
  • Complete emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.
  • Carry out basic water hygiene and L8 compliance tasks.
  • Undertake general building fabric repairs and maintenance.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdowns across the London and M25 area.
  • Complete job sheets, service reports and maintenance documentation accurately.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and professional relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning or a related building services discipline.
  • Proven experience within commercial building services maintenance.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
  • A clear Mechanical, Electrical or Air Conditioning bias.
  • Good understanding of commercial HVAC and building services systems.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload across London and the M25.

Salary & Benefits

  • £40,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and bias.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
