Framework Manager - #2136168

A leading international architectural practice is seeking an experienced Framework Manager to play a key role in driving public sector growth and maximising opportunities across a diverse portfolio of procurement frameworks. Working closely with sector leaders, business development and bid teams, you will act as the central point of contact for framework providers, strategic partners and key stakeholders, building strong relationships that generate pipeline opportunities and enhance the practice's visibility within the public sector. You will lead engagement activities, identify new framework opportunities, ensure compliance with contractual and reporting obligations, and provide valuable market intelligence that supports winning strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UK public sector procurement, framework agreements and the Procurement Act, alongside experience supporting bids, tenders or framework submissions. Commercially astute and highly organised, you will be confident managing multiple stakeholders, influencing senior decision-makers and translating market insights into business opportunities. Knowledge of social value requirements within public sector procurement is essential, while experience within architecture, the built environment or professional services would be advantageous.
