A welcoming and well-established mainstream primary school in Putney is looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing Nursery Teacher to join their Early Years team on a full-time, long-term basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Nursery Teacher who is passionate about Early Years education and enjoys creating an engaging, stimulating and supportive environment in which young children can thrive.

• Take responsibility for teaching and learning within a Nursery class.

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework.

• Create a warm, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.

• Observe, assess and monitor children's development and progress.

• Adapt learning to meet a range of individual needs, including SEND and EAL.

• Work closely with Early Years support staff to ensure children receive high-quality provision.

• Build positive relationships with parents, carers and the wider school community.

• Contribute to planning, assessment and the wider life of the school.

• Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Has experience teaching within Nursery or the Early Years Foundation Stage.

• Has a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.

• Is nurturing, creative and enthusiastic about Early Years education.

• Has strong classroom management and organisational skills.

• Works effectively as part of a collaborative Early Years team.

• Up to MPS5 pay offered.
