Delivery Manager

• Rate; Up to £600 (inside IR35/via umbrella)
• Duration; 12 month initial contract
• Location; London / Coventry - ad-hoc travel

Sanderson are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to support a major finance separation programme within a large retail organisation.

The role will focus on separating finance systems, processes and capabilities while overseeing the decommissioning of legacy platforms. You will coordinate delivery across multiple business, technology and third party teams, managing dependencies, governance, risks and programme outcomes.

Key Experience Required

• Experience delivering large scale business and technology transformation programmes.
• Strong separation, carve out, merger or acquisition experience.
• Proven legacy platform decommissioning experience.
• Experience working within retail environments.
• Exposure to finance systems, finance transformation or ERP programmes.
• Strong governance, RAID and dependency management skills.
• Experience leading cross functional and offshore teams.
• Ability to operate independently within complex transformation programmes.
