Senior Structural BIM Specialist

I'm currently recruiting for a leading global design and engineering firm seeking an experienced Structural BIM Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BIM/Revit delivery for structural projects from concept through construction.
• Develop and manage BIM Management Plans and project standards.
• Coordinate structural models with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor BIM quality, standards, workflows, and deliverables.
• Support and mentor BIM teams and contribute to firm-wide BIM standards.
• Drive BIM innovation, automation, and process improvements.
• Develop best practices for Revit data, workflows, and model management.

What They're Looking For:

• 10+ years' professional experience with Revit Structure.
• Strong structural engineering knowledge across steel, concrete, and timber.
• Proven experience delivering complex structural BIM models and drawing packages.
• Advanced Revit Structure skills and Dynamo experience.
• Experience with tools such as Tekla, Navisworks, Rhino, Grasshopper, or scripting is highly desirable.
• Strong coordination, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring teams and contributing to BIM standards and strategy.
