Quantity Surveyor – Major £250m Mixed-Use Development

Central London | Up to £80k + Package

A leading international main contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a landmark £250m mixed-use development in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded organisation with a strong track record of delivering complex, high-profile construction projects across the UK and internationally. The Role:

• Join the commercial team on a £250m major mixed-use development
• Manage commercial and contractual responsibilities across a significant package of works
• Work closely with project delivery teams, subcontractors, consultants and senior stakeholders
• Support procurement, cost management, valuations, variations, payments and final accounts
• Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of a complex, high-value Central London scheme

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working for a main contractor
• Strong background in major construction, commercial, residential or mixed-use developments
• Experience managing subcontract packages from procurement through to final account
• Strong understanding of commercial and contractual processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ambitious and keen to develop within a market-leading construction business
