Main duties:

The role will support international clients, providing bilingual customer service, administration and operational coordination to ensure everything is managed smoothly and efficiently.

The role:

- Respond clearly and politely to customer requests

- Prepare, file, and maintain client documentation with accuracy and attention to detail

- Update and manage databases, CRM systems, and tracking tools

- Coordinate and follow up on communications with partners and French public bodies

- Draft professional correspondence and emails in both French and English

The candidate:

- Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills

- Previous experience in customer service, administration, coordination or a similar client-facing role.

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Confident dealing with clients, colleagues and external contacts in a professional and friendly manner.

- Proactive and reliable, with a calm approach to solving problems and handling changing priorities

- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

The salary: £28,000 per annum to £34,000 per annum depending on experience
