A fast-paced investment banking firm is seeking an experienced Float Executive Assistant to join their support team on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with an ASAP start.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and resilient EA who thrives in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment and enjoys variety. You'll be providing coverage across multiple senior bankers up to Partner level and teams, stepping in wherever support is needed most.
This role is office based.

What you’ll do:

• Provide floating EA/PA support across various teams and senior stakeholders (Partners, MDs, Directors, VPs)
• Extensive diary management across multiple time zones
• Complex travel arrangements, itineraries and last-minute changes
• Processing expenses and invoices
• Organising meetings, calls and video conferences
• Ad hoc administrative and project support as required
• Building strong working relationships quickly across different teams

What you’ll need:

• Previous EA/PA experience gained within banking or financial services is essential
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with ever changing priorities
• Highly organised, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running
• Strong communication skills and a professional, discreet manner
• Available to start ASAP
