Test & Assurance Manager - UK Hybrid (Flexible on days)- c£65K

A leading UK organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Test & Assurance Manager to lead quality assurance and testing across Microsoft Power Platform and wider digital and data systems.

You'll take ownership of the organisation's testing and assurance strategy, ensuring solutions meet high standards across quality, security, performance, compliance and regulatory requirements. Working closely with agile delivery teams, stakeholders and external suppliers, you'll embed a quality-first approach throughout the development lifecycle while leading and developing a testing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the test and assurance strategy across Microsoft Power Platform and integrated digital services
• Lead end-to-end testing across functional, integration, UAT and non-functional testing
• Ensure testing aligns with regulatory, security, data protection and clinical safety requirements
• Champion automation-first, shift-left and risk-based testing approaches
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, DevOps and ALM tooling
• Lead assurance across Power Platform solutions, integrations, APIs, data flows and security models

Skills & Experience

• Significant experience leading testing and quality assurance across complex programmes and projects
• Strong knowledge of functional and non-functional testing, test planning, defect management and QA
• Experience with both manual and automated testing, including test management, automation and performance testing tools
• Experience testing Microsoft Power Platform solutions and integrated digital/data systems
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies
