As a People Business Partner in this fast-moving engineering sector, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering HR strategies that align with business goals. Based in London, this role involves working in a global, matrixed environment to provide expert HR support and guidance, ensuring the smooth operation of employee relations and strategic initiatives.

Description

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Partner with managers to address workforce planning and organisational development needs.
  • Support change management initiatives in a global, matrix-ed environment.
  • Deliver HR generalist support, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Analyse HR data to inform strategic decision-making and improve employee engagement.
  • Ensure consistency in HR practices across the organisation while adapting to local requirements.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align HR initiatives and share best practices.

Profile

A successful People Business Partner should have:

  • Proven experience in an HR business partner or generalist role, ideally within industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organisation.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret HR data and drive informed decisions.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.

Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from £65,000 to £70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Permanent role based in London (2 days in office).
  • Additional benefits offered by the employer.
