About the Role:
Are you a qualified or experienced English Teacher looking for flexible supply work or a guaranteed long-term block booking? We are actively building our North London talent pool to support local school's and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) under the DfE-approved RM6376 framework.
We have immediate requirements for subject specialists capable of delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 3, 4 or 5 to join our books for upcoming short-term and long-term placements.

What You Will Do:
- Deliver high-quality, curriculum-compliant English lessons to pupils across Key Stage 3, 4 or 5.
- Maintain a positive, productive learning environment using proactive behaviour management.
- Map student progress and provide constructive feedback (for long-term placements).
- Direct Path to Permanent Jobs: Under RM6376 framework rules, if a school falls in love with your teaching, they can transition you to a permanent contract completely fee-free after 12 weeks (with notice).
- Transparent Framework Pay: We operate under strict compliance metrics, ensuring fair, reliable payroll structures.
- Streamlined Onboarding: Work across multiple top-tier MATs in North London using a single compliance file.
- Relevant degree or teaching credential in English or a related discipline (QTS/ECTs welcome).
- Proven experience delivering the UK curriculum at Key Stage 3, 4 or 5.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
