Coordinating interviews and assessments across multiple vacancies

Managing complex calendars, time zones, reschedules, and last-minute changes

Partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and interview panels

Sending interview invites, joining instructions, and candidate communications

Maintaining accurate data and records within the ATS

Supporting recruitment administration, reporting, and compliance activities

Driving process improvements and enhancing scheduling efficiency

Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish

experience in interview scheduling, recruitment coordination, or HR administration

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

experience supporting high-volume recruitment activity

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach

Confidence using Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and ATS platforms

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider TA team

experience working across multiple time zones

Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS systems

experience within a global or matrix organisation
