Data, AI & Technology Manager - #2147259

A really interesting opportunity to join a boutique hedge fund , working directly with the COO across data, technology, AI and automation .

Our client looking for someone technically capable – comfortable with Python, SQL and databases – but more importantly someone who understands data and processes and how technology can improve both the front and back office.

The role will include:

1. Ownership of the existing Python/SQL reporting framework
2. Consolidating data sets for performance reporting and analysis
3. Driving the firm's adoption of AI , with appropriate governance and security
4. Identifying opportunities for automation and greater efficiency
5. Leading technology projects and working with the firm's MSP

They want someone proactive, ambitious and commercially minded , ideally with some exposure to asset management.

The real attraction is the opportunity to work closely with the COO , gain exposure across the hedge fund and, over time, take on broader operational responsibilities .
