Syndicated Loans Operations AVP - Investment Bank - CassonX - #2147364

CassonX are delighted to be recruiting for one of the biggest names in Global Banking. This is a great opportunity to support the Distribution function with the execution, documentation and settlement of syndicated loan transactions, while working closely with key internal teams.

This is a varied role where you will be involved in the full lifecycle of syndicated loan trades, supporting execution and documentation through to settlement. You will review and interpret syndicated credit agreements, with a particular focus on transfer provisions and the mechanics of executing loan trades. You will also draft, review and negotiate LMA standard documentation, including Trade Confirmations, Assignment Agreements, Participation Agreements, Pricing Letters and other trade related documentation.

To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking for someone with experience in a similar role and a good understanding of the syndicated loan market, LMA documentation and loan trade settlement processes. You will ideally have experience working with loan trading documentation and be comfortable managing a number of transactions and stakeholders in a busy environment.

You will work closely with internal teams, counterparties and other stakeholders to make sure trades progress smoothly and are completed accurately and on time. You will also be involved in resolving any documentation or settlement queries that arise along the way, making this a role that offers plenty of exposure across the wider business.
