Are you an experienced Lettings Administrator looking to join one of central London's most prominent estate agents? Then this may be your chance!

Our client is looking for an exceptionally organised and proactive Lettings Administrator to join their team and provide essential administrative support across the lettings process. They strive to provide an exceptional service and continue to achieve excellent levels of business due to their primely located office and enviable reputation in London.

Working as part of a team you will be required to manage and progress the paperwork for new lettings deals from the point of an offer being agreed through to successful move in. You will also be in charge of the day to day lettings administration for the office.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the administration process from offer accepted through to completion and move-in
  • Preparing and processing tenancy paperwork and documentation
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and third parties throughout the lettings process
  • Managing tenancy agreements and ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed on time
  • Managing referencing, compliance and tenancy progression
  • Producing and maintaining spreadsheets, reports and tracking documents
  • Monitoring deadlines and chasing outstanding information proactively
  • Ensuring all compliance requirements are met before move-in
  • Assisting with renewals, extensions and general tenancy administration
  • Keeping property and applicant records accurate and fully up to date
  • Supporting the lettings negotiators with day-to-day administration
  • Communicating professionally with landlords and tenants and providing regular updates
  • Identifying potential issues before they become problems and resolving them quickly.

Personal specification:

  • At least 1 years’ lettings administration experience
  • ARLA qualified – preferred but not essential
  • It literate – experience using Reapit and Goodlord would be advantageous
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Highly organised and proactive
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple jobs simultaneously
  • Well presented

This is a 12-14 month maternity contract starting from early-mid October.

The salary on offer for this role is £34,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
