People Services Officer (part-time) - #2147429

Prospectus is pleased to be working with a UK charity that supports vulnerable children and teenagers facing severe life challenges to recruit for a part-time People Services Officer on a fixed term contract until August 2027. This is a fully remote role and is available for 17.5 hours per week to work across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week. Salary £13,134,87 for the 17.5 hours.

Role responsibilities include ensuring smooth and accurate processing of pay and contractual changes, managing and responding to internal and external queries, leading, planning, and providing guidance on family leave processes, and offering first-line advice on low-level employee matters (e.g. sick pay entitlement, volunteering/positive disclosures). Other responsibilities include supporting continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, contributing to HR projects, and helping implement new processes and initiatives. You will provide administrative and system support to the People Partnering team, including preparing HR documentation, generating data reports, and supporting compliance with key people processes.
