An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pursuits & Proposals Specialist to join the Marketing & Business Development team of a prestigious international law firm.

Reporting to the Pursuits & Proposals Manager, you will support the delivery of strategic pitches, proposals and panel reviews, helping the firm win new business and strengthen client relationships.

• Develop high-quality pitch, proposal and RFP materials.
• Coordinate pursuit workflows, timelines and stakeholders.
• Tailor content and messaging to client needs and opportunities.
• Support strategic pursuits and major business-winning initiatives.
• Manage proposal content, templates and best-practice processes.
• Utilise technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and delivery.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing and fee-earning teams across the firm.

• 4+ years' experience in Business Development, Marketing, Pursuits or Proposals.
• Professional services or B2B experience, ideally within legal services.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent writing, communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for business development, client growth and winning work.
