Freelance Midweight Motion / Social Designer
£350-£400 per day | Outside IR35 | 3 Months | London Hybrid

We're looking for a talented Midweight Motion Designer / Social Designer to join a creative agency on an initial 3-month freelance contract.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine strong design craft with motion and understands how to create content that works across social and digital platforms.

The Role:

• Create social-first motion graphics and digital content

• Develop animated campaign assets and branded content

• Work across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and digital channels

• Bring static creative to life through animation and motion

• Collaborate with Art Directors, Social Creatives and Editors

• Develop creative concepts and visual treatments

• Adapt and version creative for different platforms and formats

What we're looking for:

• Strong portfolio showcasing motion and social-first work

• Confident with After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong design fundamentals

• Understanding of social formats, trends and digital content

• Agency experience preferred

• Ability to work at pace across multiple briefs

• 3D/Cinema 4D, Premiere Pro or editing skills would be a bonus

Details:

• Initial 3-month freelance contract

• £350-£400 per day depending on experience

• Outside IR35

• London hybrid - 2-3 days per week in the office

• Creative/social agency

• ASAP start
