Interim Head of Complaints - #2164533

Our client, an award-winning bank and provider of consumer finance, has an immediate opening for an Interim Head of Complaints.

Working on a hybrid basis, the Interim Head of Complaints will be responsible for,

• Successful delivery of complaints operational standards including culture and service
• Ensuring the operation delivers excellent customer outcomes aligned to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulatory requirements
• Maintenance of quality standards
• Effective capacity and resource planning aligned to demand forecast

The successful applicant will demonstrate

• A proven track record of leading high performing complaints functions within FCA regulated businesses
• Excellent knowledge of consumer lending products and the associated FCA regulatory requirements
• In-depth knowledge of DISP, CONC and COBs complaint handling standards
• Strong leadership and senior stakeholder management experience.
