A background in Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Professional Services is highly desirable. This opportunity is best suited to Executive Assistants seeking temporary assignments only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing complex diaries, international travel, and rapidly changing schedules
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Taking initiative, anticipating needs, and providing seamless support from day one

Requirements:

• 4+ years' Executive Assistant experience within a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Previous experience in Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Banking, or similar sectors preferred
• Professional, confident, and comfortable in a client-facing role
• Able to hit the ground running and add value immediately
